The purchasing experience was fine until the point of payment. There must have been an issue with the website because no matter what card I tried to pay with, I kept receiving error messages that various entries I had made were incorrect (which they weren’t). Finally worked after about 10 attempts re-entering the same information.

Great service covered all the boxes

We already had a multi trip policy but didn't cover the Canadian trip we wanted to take. Your representative ciaran, not sure of spelling. Sorted it all out. Cancelled our existing policy, which didn't run out till end of March. Gave us a small amount back and set up the new policy to start immediately. This allowed us to book our amazing Canadian adventure. So thankyou

An easy procedure to get a policy…

An easy procedure to get a policy especially with my wife's medical history.
The lady was very nice, gave clear information, made it a pleasure to deal with and got a much better price than elsewhere. Would certainly use again when next needing travel insurance.

Quick and Easy.

After getting quotes from other companies, which was a bit of a pain, I was told about AllClear by a friend and got a quote on line. I then rang AllClear to confirm a few details and spoke to Jim, one of their representatives. He was very likeable, knowledgeable and answered my queries immediately. The whole process was simple and quick and I would have no hesitation in recommending AllClear.

Taking part in a clinical research drugs trial? Read on…

We found ourselves uninsured when I informed my previous travel insurer that my husband was taking part in a clinical drugs trial. `All Clear` came to the rescue! Absolutely top knowledgeable customer service, initially from Jim and then Ronnie. What's more we now have a top class insurance policy that was cheaper than our previous one!

Medical disclosure experience

Beverly was very clear & clarified any questions I had. I was unable to do quote online due to medical disclosure & Beverly enabled me to get my travel insurance cover in place. All documentation came through as explained & felt very secure as well for making payment

The help I had setting the policy up, was great, he ( sorry i have forgotten his name) had patience, helpful and informative, he didn't try to push the most expensive policy on me but encouraged me to get what suited us best.

Great insurance for undiagnosed conditions

As my daughter is on the waiting list for an autism assessment, she is classed as having an undiagnosed condition. This meant many companies wouldn't offer us insurance. All Clear covered us, and the gentleman on the phone was very helpful

They also cover a single day stop in port outside of the main zone if you add cruise cover. Many other companies want to sell you worldwide cover, which is ridiculous for a single day visit.
